2. Orders
Orders are offers to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is erroneous, or we suspect fraud. Payment is processed by PayPal; we do not store your card details.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in USD and include a standard-delivery allowance for Brazil and Poland based on current freight quotes. Local import duties, VAT, or taxes (especially for Indonesia) may not be included and are the customer's responsibility where applicable. Confirm with support before purchase if unsure.
4. Shipping
Estimated delivery: Brazil 10-18 business days, Poland 7-14 business days, Indonesia 14-25 business days (written confirmation required). Delivery times are estimates and may vary with destination and customs.
5. Returns and refunds
See our Refund Policy. Contact support@terapawstudio.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
6. Product use and safety
Products are for their intended everyday use. Supervise pets during first use, especially young, small, or destructive animals. We are not liable for misuse.

TeraPaw Studio, product names, and site content are our trademarks and copyright, unless stated otherwise. You may not reuse them without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeraPaw Studio is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
